The Brazilian Butt Lift is a two-part procedure. We first perform SAFELipo to harvest fat for transfer. This fat is then processed and injected into the buttocks. This fat will establish a blood supply over time and remain permanently in its new location.

The Benefits of SAFELipo During a Brazilian Butt Lift

We use SAFELipo to shape the body and extract fat for transfer. SAFELipo is one of the most effective, advanced forms of liposuction available. The SAFE (short for Separation, Aspiration, and Fat Equalization) part of SAFELipo is what makes this procedure unique. Rather than just removing fat, SAFELipo uses a specialized device to vibrate and separate the fat cells. After this, it uses gentle aspiration (more gentle than traditional liposuction) to remove the fat cells. What’s Recovery Like After a Brazilian Butt Lift?

For the first three weeks after your Brazilian Butt Lift, you’ll need to avoid sitting. We’ll provide you with the Curve Cure, a set of three inflatable cushions (a mattress, a fanny cushion, and a pillow).

All provide comfort while avoiding pressure to the fat grafts. Pressure can interfere with survival of the transferred fat, so you cannot directly sit on the treated areas.

Many patients return to work after 1-2 weeks. You’ll have some swelling, bruising, and soreness. Swelling typically resolves within 6 weeks.
