LEAD stands for Leadership, Experience in Augmentation, & Development program. The panel was hosted by Mentor Corporation, a world leader in breast implant manufacturing. This board is by invitation only and is composed of board certified plastic surgeons with extensive surgical experience in breast enhancement surgery and who rank the highest in the nation for implanting breast implants.
Finally, they were also one of the first practices in Austin to offer Sientra’s 5th generation shaped and round highly cohesive silicone breast implants, and they serve on the Sientra Advisory Panel, a group of top tier surgeons who are regarded as shaping the future of breast enhancement.
