Is Halo Painful?

Many patients describe the sensation during treatment as warm with occasional “prickly” feeling.

After treatment, you may continue to feel warm sensations for up to an hour. Downtime varies (depending on the depth and aggressiveness of your treatment), but is often less than 24 hours. You’ll have a bit of redness, but this typically fades a few days after treatment. You can even wear makeup the next day.
